Anita Higman is the author of 24 books including fiction, nonfiction, childrens books and plays. Her mysteries include Another Stab at Life and Another Hour to Kill. Anita is a member of ACFW and the Christian Humor Writers Group and she has been recognized for her involvement in literacy programs. Review:
Trudie Abernathy has always felt inconspicious next to her successful and beautiful sister Lane. When her 30th birthday comes around, Lane sets her up on a blind date with Mason Williamson, someone that Lane had dated previously.
Mason finds Trudie attractive and nice, however, after one date (that was not the blind date) she is acting distant and uninterested. He cannot seem to figure out what is going on.
Trudie likes Mason, but she was not going to stop her sister's dreams who suddenly finds herself in love with Mason!
This is an exquisite triangle if there ever was one! I enjoyed this story. The characters are well thought out and the story line moves at a very fast speed. It is an excellent story that looks at how God is interested in always giving second chances and how experiences shape us into the people that He wants us to be. I highly recommend this book; in fact, I highly recommend this series, The Love Finds You In Series, for all happily-ever-after lovers!
